The Visa Filing Officer will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely filing of visa applications on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate visa applications for completeness and accuracy
• File visa applications on behalf of clients and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures
• Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on visa requirements and procedures
• Monitor visa processing timelines and follow up with relevant authorities to ensure timely processing of visa applications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visa applications and related documents
• Stay up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient visa processing procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
•  At least 2 years of experience in visa processing or a related field
• Strong understanding of visa regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant computer software programs
