. conducting market research and keeping up to date with knowledge of the market

.tele calling sales regarding stock markets

TARGET ORIENTED

.convincing clients to invest in stock markets

.important- Advising the clients when to invest and where to invest

.Customers will be provided by the company just make the leads

JOB SUMMARY

Job purpose – Telephonic sales, Acting as a contact between company and client and convincing clients to work with us by providing best services.

Job importance – Working by sitting at one place and handling clients on phone, Also you will enjoy working as employee need to go door to door for the sale or services.

Contribution – One should believe in winning and convincing and achieving monthly targets leading to attractive incentives (like Two wheeler, foreign trips on over achievements of target)

JOB CHALLENGES

Executive has to finish 65% of the task mandatory to release the pay

Completing task above 100% will give incentives for extra tgt completion

Continuous calling is mandatory and conving them and completing monthly target is key role

We are only looking for long term candidates who want to work minimum 2 yrs wit us. notice period of 45 days is mandatory.

10 days non paid training is given by the firm to make u understand what has to be discussed with clients with the trial callings and trail sheet makings.

Only sincere candidates apply for the post

Deadline – Every 30 days (monthly targets will be given)

Punctuality – Should be prompt during the market trading time.

Quality – Should be prompt during the market time.

Communication – Should be good in speaking Hindi and English.

Retention of the clients.

Upgrading and cross selling the products.

TIMINGS

Location: opposite of Mall de goa, behind RG hospital porvorim-goa

monday to friday 9.00 am -6.00 pm

saturday 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
