Nesackkarangal orphanage Home was started with four orphan boys in a rented building in the year 1994.
Now this Home has 100 orphan children and has its own buildings donated by Dr. K.N. Rao, F.R.C.S., Salem Polyclinic.
Each and every child of Nesackkarangal has his/ her own sad story of their past to tell.
Boys and Girls have separate hostels in Nesackkarangal.
We are providing decent food four times a day, apart from providing all the basic needs sufficiently.
Daily Special tuition classes in the evenings, immediate medical care, periodical medical checkups and excursions during annual holidays are arranged for the children.
Between the years 1999-2005, 3 boys and 6 girls found in roadside and bus stopping were handed over to Nesackkarangal by the Police Department of Salem.
They were so young that they were not able to tell their details.
Now they are all studying from elementary to college level in about 20 educational institutions with the help of Nesackkarangal.
